  • Reference service: Reference service is available any time during open hours.

  • Course materials on hold: Required and recommended readings for (mostly graduate) courses are frequently placed in the Library office. Check with your professor to verify that the material is in the Art Library or if it is at the Short Term Loan Desk at Roberts Library.

  • Photocopying: Most items may be photocopied, however, there are some exceptions. Please consult with Library staff before you photocopy. Copying costs 10¢ per page, payable in cash only in the Library office. Before using the copier, please make sure that the counter number is recorded. You might be able to reduce your costs if you ask Library Staff for copying tips.

  • Scanner: Currently, we do not charge for modest numbers of scans, however this may change if demands are placed on staff time and resources. Staff will assist, and no library material must be damaged in the process.

  • Computers: The Library is equipped with 8 computer terminals that are password protected as their intended use is for faculty, graduate students and staff. Undergraduates may use the terminals when necessary, however, Library Staff will assess their needs and sign them on.
